dissemination activities were evaluated as far as

• School websites
• Facebook 
• Instagram 
• eTwinning: we decided that teachers would promote interaction through that media; eventually organize an online meeting there; organize a meeting there to share the CLIL lesson; students would share their experiences
• press releases 
• Yearly Erasmus Corner (beginning/end school year)
• questionnaires check and feedback 

Things to remember for the next future:

• • certificate of attendance for the PM and M - award them to all participants; 
  • Porto Project meeting report by Italy
  • Mobility report by Porto - after the students’ week - a written description of activities including:  project title, artists’ names, project concept, pictures
• Reykjavík PPT presentations should be put in the Drive folder along with the best St’Art book captions or video 
• required preparatory activities for next Porto week: to be sent by 15th November to all partners 
• Names of logo contestants to be put in the drive folder

To do list :

• According to the project’s Drive folder the following actions will be accomplished:

About M1 and M2 mobilities documentation, such as PPTs or videos, will be uploaded concerning St’Art UP THE CITY activity; St’ART BOOKS, selecting the best ideas, drawings or phrases from the books either by students or teachers; all the Characters as well as all the fairy tales collages created by the students as a preparatory activity to the workshops in Bilbao and Reykjavík; CITY FROM THE ST’ART ACTIVITY: City and School presentations; A GOOD ST’ART-If I say city…. - evidence/short report of the presentation activity  done in November 2018.

• Evaluation activities: checkon the questionnaireslinks
• Dissemination activities for the second year: a general folder will be created with subfolders for each country where to upload the list of the activities carried out so far to be constantly kept up to date until the end of the project.
• Common preparatory activities for the next M3 and M4: ST’ART IN CLIL LESSON and ST’ART CITY PROGRAM to be done within November 15th by Porto; within the end of March by Pistoia
• FINAL EXHIBITION-PISTOIA MAY 2020: outline of the list of materials to be brought along by the teachers taking part in the P4 in Pistoia next March 2020.All countries should reprint all the materials produced during the mobilities. Italy will print the best logos from each country and create a poster of the logo tender. 

List: M1-BILBAO: the best 6 characters’ collages and all the posters; M2- REYKJAVÍK: the best 6 printed preparatory works (inspired to the fairy tales) and as many ink works as possible (possibly all of them)
