    Volksschule Straß in Steiermark

Hard facts: 14 teachers, 144 students (from 6 to 10), 8 classes (4 grades), well equipped in ICT
The school has a strong focus on new forms of learning and teaching, such as informal education, co-operative and peer learning, crosscurricular teaching and project learning.
As a nature park school nature protection and sustainability is emphasized. Digital media, e-learning and computer application are part of everyday school life, which’s label has been renamed after a few months to eEducation expert school.
Literacy is an utmost concern of teaching.
Our school already worked in an etwinning project in 2005/06, which won an etwinning prize. The project’s name was "Exchange of traditions, traditional songs dances and games".
In 2019 Erasmus+ project called "Art@Heart" ended. It lasted two years. We want to apply for eTwinning and Erasmus+ prizes for its international implementation and its content aspects.

    VS Allerheiligen bei Wildon

We are a team of committed educators, who are very concerned to support and encourage the children according to their talents, whereby a respectful and loving interaction with all partners is very important to us. Our goals are to boost children's self-confidence, identify their strengths and assist them in their weaknesses.

The constructive and appreciative resolution of conflicts is also very important to us. Through loving, but also consistent care, the children should experience security and emotional stability, at the same time enjoy learning and develop team spirit.

It is also very important to us that every child feels accepted in their personality, can develop according to their inclinations and experiences themselves as a valuable part of a whole.

In our school not only should be learned, but also lived. Fun, exercise, play, leisure activities and shared meals are very important to us.
