The Primary school Dimkata Angelov Gaberot, s. Vatasha is a public school with cca. 220 students. Students from 6 to 14 years old study in our school. About 50 teachers and about 10 staff work in the school. The school area is situated on 3072 m2. The school has 18 classrooms, school library, computer lab, music lab, sport fields, school yard and green yard. The school has Council of parents consisted of the students’ parents as members. They supervise the study process in the school. Our school is an open community building inclusive society. The school accepts students with different disabilities. The main motivation to join this project is building motivation to the students with disabilities for active participation in the society. The motifs leads to the needs of the teachers for creating individualized plans for students with disabilities as getting more additional and alternative services and support. The teachers visit many seminars, projects or training from which they can get more information for dealing with the challenges of working with this kind of students. The school is managed by the rights contained in the convention of each child under their jurisdiction, without any discrimination. The school makes efforts to include in it’s educational process reasonable adjustment, involvement of professional staff, also to use the opportunity of choosing the appropriate ways of transferring educational contents towards full inclusion and providing identical starting position for children with special needs as well as for all other students. The school collaborates with centers for inclusive education and is obtaining training constantly for the teachers to avoid withdrawn of the school curricula of the students with disabilities. Many activities are organized to give support to students with disabilities and to ensure safety environment for building creative and open society for inclusive education.
