Gender issues in the news
Activity 1
a.The Italian students will work in small groups of 3/4 students and will read some articles published on Italian online newspapers and web magazines that present different kinds of gender issues.
They will have to translate the title of the article, sum it up and reflect on it by means of few guiding questions. They will also have to express their opinions about the topic covered.
Finally all the works will be collected in a Power Point presentation so that the partners will be able to read them.
Activity 2
a. Read your partners relevant work on different articles and texts.
b. Go to the Forum section and exchange your ideas with your partners about the articles.
Give your Feedback on your partner's work. Express your views and find out if your partners agree or disagree with your own views. Have an interactive cooperative talk with your partners about Gender equality and the position of women in society based on what you have read.
