Today, 6th of May we celebrate one of the biggest religious and official holidays in Bulgaria - Saint George`s Day - Гергьовден. Everyone whose name is Georgi or derived from it such as Gergana, Galin invite family and friends and have special celebrations. We traditionally have roasted lamb for lunch outdoors.
