Xmas is coming!! it could be a good idea to participate on a video together, sending our good wishes for the new year.

Individually or in pairs, film short clips of students saying their good wishes for the new year in English. One of them could say "Merry Christmas" and other "Happy new year" in their mother tongue. The others, their own ideas: "I wish we are healthy", "I wish you the best" or "have a great year" or whatever they want. If you send the names of the kids I could add them on the video (they could be the name of the file you send, for example) Once I have my students' clips, I could post them on twinspace for you to see some examples.

- Record a horizontal video. A mobile phone or tablet is ok.

- Avoid backlighting. Make sure light is in front of your students, and not behind.

- Control distance. Not too close, not too far. We want to see the students! ; )

Send the clips to carmengringles@gmail.com. I'll be in charge of editing the videos and adding subtitles. I will post it on you tube as a hidden video (so nobody else will be able to see it) and link it to our twinspace.
