Teacher Training on Engino Robotics

    A  team of teachers and students were involved and organized various clubs,

    activities and events in order to implement the project and reach its objectives as stated in the application. 

    Within this framework, the school has expanded/introduced a number of clubs and extracurricular activities related to STEM education. 

    During the first week of September 2018, a group of 5 teachers undertook a training session by Engino Robotics.

    Through a 6-hour session, trainees prepared for classroom implementation.

    The clubs that ran from September to June 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 included: Robotics Lego Mindstorm EV3 club, Robotics Engino Pro club, Programming Club (Visual Basic and Python), Experiments/Science Clubs, F1 in Schools and a Fabrication lab. 

    Each of the clubs ran their own curriculum and students involved in the SLAM project attended one or more STEM clubs.
