World Poetry Day
In Parque Goya Secondary School we have celebrated the World Poetry Day. We have made a poetic-musical recital with poems by Lorca and Elytis.

This morning, a very pleasant surprise awaiting us at school! Our student and a member of the etwinning team, Sophia Arvaniti, inspired by the Spanish culture, created a painting that she donated to our school library!
Her magnificent painting already adorns the library of the 1st EPAL EVOSMOU! Many congratulations to Sofia and thank you very much!!
Best Reader Award - Erasmus + KA2

By faithfully following the organization chart approved by the IKY. Erasmus + KA2 "Carpe librum: The school library ..." with code 2018 - 1 - ES01 - CA229 - 050022_2, the best reader of the 1st EPAL of Evosmos, concerning the school library was awarded on February. The student who showed a special reader's zeal from the beginning of the school year 2018-2019 until February 2019 was Palla Martha. Our Library Chief and the program editor for our school, Mr. Christos Arvanitidis in collaboration with the members of the Pedagogical Group Mrs. Fotiadou Angeliki, Mrs. Misailidou Despina and Mr. Eleftheriou Panagiotis unanimously decided to award the student Palla Martha. Martha is mother of two children and she is a Grade 3 student in the "Food Science" of the Agriculture Sector. Readingly, she is particularly interested in the unity of women's emancipation over the years and borrows books on this subject. Martha, while graduating from the high school, has been personally interested in attending the above specialty and attends the last 2 years at our school. At the same time, her son, Charalambos Charalambidis is in the 1st Grade of the 1st EPAL of Evosmos and therefore mother and son are in the same school as students. Finally, it is remarkable that Martha has been working as a cleaner at our school for the last 6 years, but she decided to continue her education.
