Charter for Initial Contact With Newcomer Foreign Underage Pupils
How we manage to create it?
-The students of the partner schools worked together for 2 years and observed the migration problematic in EU and in the European schools.They made intervews with megrants and met migrants during the LTTA in Spain and Italy. Made a research on migration politics in their countries and in EU. They played simulation game at the LTTA in Bulgaria and played the role of the MEPs to understand more deaper the migration problematic in EU.
- Via eTwinning forum international teams of partner studnets made a discussions and created the draft of the Welcoming Charter for studnets migrants. Teams' suggestions ere the base for the project Charter.
-At the LTTA in Aubenas, France in March 2019 the participating studnets were assigned in 8 international teams. Ther first task was to finish the text of the assigned randomly among the teams different articles of the Charter and to prepare a texct design for the final look of the Charter.Then via voting the best suggestion was chosen and the Charter was created.
- Next task in front of the international team was to illustrate the articles included in the Charter to be easely understandable by everyone.The students; teams did great job!The illustrations are amazing!
-Next task was linked to the preparation of the intgernational teams to present the Charter in the Council of Europe and in the European Parliament on 27 of March 2019. Strudents worked hard and prepared very good presentations of each article of the Charter.
