Simulation game-Lets pretend that we are members of the European Parliament

  • How to solve the migration problem in the European Union?This was the subject of a simulation game we played.

    The simulation game was held in SU Ekzarh Antim I, Kazanlak, Bulgaria durimng the LTTA  in March 2018.

    The studnets from the partner schools took part in this game and became a members of the European Parliament for one day. 

    All of us, the participants in the game, came into the role of MEPs 8 existing party groups in the European Parliament, whether or not their ideas coincide with our personal opinions and understanding of migratory problems and their solution.

    Here's how the game went:

    First step - the ambassadors of Antim introduced their guests to partner schools with the work of the European Parliament.A second step - all participants in the game looked at a sociological survey made in the political groups in the current European Parliament 2014-2019 on their position on the migration problem in the EU.Third step - Separation of participants in 8 political groups in the European Parliament Step Four - Speaker of each political group presented the position of their group with regard to the migration problem Step Five - DebateStep Six - Vote on the proposed solutions to the migration problem of the political groups
