The National Pedagogic College is located in Constanta which is  a big city with  a rich history . This city is situated in the south-eastern part of Romania, near the Black Sea.  The school has 1164 pupils and 80 teachers.

Our students come from various social classes, and from different nearby areas. Some students belong to ethnic groups such as Greeks, Turks, Tatars population or they come from the Republic of Moldova or from Albania. These students are financially supported by  the Romanian Government.

The school has different institutional partners giving our pupils the chance to work and interract with other social environments. Our school is involved in  partnership projects based on the volunteering theme, community projects with different institutions local and national organizations.

Our  College` s tradition  is to prepare teachers for the primary cycle.
