Analyses of (Audio)Visual Propaganda
Students analyse examples of (audio)visual propaganda (photos, posters, military postcards, political ads, film) between 1930s and the present day. They should:
- Determine what the message, audience and purpose are.
- Explain what artistic and psychological devices are being used to convey the message.
- Judge the effectiveness of this propaganda.
