Famous buildings: From Kahoot to spreadsheet

  • Following on from the Kahoot quiz, pupils used the spreadsheet to answer questions using the filtering tool.

    The task was to create a spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel and the data from the Kahoot quiz results. Pupils then had to use the data to create a graph and answer questions.

    They then used the spreadsheet to answer some questions. 

    They found out that:

    Questions 1, 5 and 13 had 14 correct and 2 incorrect answers:

    Questions 14, 18, 27, 28 and 30 had 10 correct and 6 incorrect answers;

    Out of all the questions, only 3 were answered correctly by all 16 pupils who played the quiz;

    7 questions out of 30 were answered correctly by over 14 pupils;

    There were 3 questions out of 30 that had less than 10 correct answers from the pupils.

    On the whole, we think that all pupils (and teachers) learnt a lot from this activity...
