students' conference Carcare

  • During the last week of March, we went on a wonderful Erasmus+ trip to Italy! There we met a bunch of super nice young people from many different European countries. Our goal was to create a play based on a story which had been written by pupils from the five participating countries. To prepare the play we were divided into different groups, such as art, music and drama but, we acted like one big group together to create the play. And this project worked out perfectly!

The students from Italy had prepared a program for 6 days, including activities like a treasure hunt and the visit of beautiful places of their country like the Chiabrera theatre in Savona, the Egyptian Museum in Torino, the Ethnographic Museum in Toirano and the Glassmuseum in Altare. Making a tour through amazing Torino gave us the possibility to see the modern and the even more interesting old buildings and attractions of this big city.

We enjoyed the beautiful Italian landscape when we were walking along the beach of Spotorno, going along the coast by bus and seeing the caves in Toirano.

But one of the most important things this week was establishing new contacts with many nice people from other countries and dancing together every evening. These special dances were the reason why we got to know the other cultures so well and thus many friendships were formed.
