The winner was
THE WAR IS OVER
BY NINA MIMICA 1997.
Brief summary :
A young boy is a soldier. . He calls home to say the war is over.it is in reent time. We do not know where probably in europe.
He hadn't called for two years the family is excited when they hear the young soldier’s voice..
The young soldiers asks if he can bring a friend home with him. The family is happy to have him and his friend at home soon.
Then he adds that his friend has lost one leg. He has been injured.
The family has some resistance at that.
The phone calls end and then we see that the friend without his leg was the young soldier himself.
And we do not know if he will come back home or not..
