    Yeast bread

    500 g

    flour

    180 ml

    milk, warm

    80 g

    sugar

    1 pk

    yeast

    100 g

    butter

    1 Ts

    salt

    egg

    Egg to spread

    1 sp

    Milk to spread

    Join flour, warm milk, yeast, butter, salt, sugar and 1 egg in a bowl and stir it.  Leave it covered in a warm place for about 60 minuts. After that you can form figures or bake a bread out of it. Spread it with egg and milk and put it into the oven by 175C fro around 15 to 30 minuts depends on what you bake.
