    ACTIVITY 1: How students learn and study in Europe

    OBJECTIVE

    • know different study techniques approaches
    • control anxiety and stress before and during exams

    ACTIVITY 2: eGuide "Keep calm and...pass the exam: 10 things you can do to control  anxiety or stress before and during exams"

    OBJECTIVES

    Control stress and anxiety to:

    • improve our Ss' disposition and degree of happiness
    • reduce the risk of getting nervous before and during exams and, consequently, increase our Ss' self-confidence and academic performance

    ACTIVITY 3: TAI CHI workshop

    OBJECTIVES

    • bring greater awareness and relaxation of the body and mind, whoch benefits the improvement of physical, mental and emotional health
    • work on basic movements of Tai Chi using the games and nature as cores
