Ingredients for HONEY :

• 450 pieces of dandelion 
• 2 pieces of lemon 
• 1,5 liter of water 
• 2 kg of sugar 

 

Preparation :

We have to put on dandelion on balcony for 2-3 hours. Throw him into the water with peeled and chopped lemon. Cook through 15 minutes. Cool and give in the fridge for 48 hours. Later strain and squeeze into linen cloth the resulting decoction. Pour into a pot, add sugar and cook simmer without cover for 2 hours. Pasteurize for 10-15 minutes.
