In this post, I would like to show you the most popular dishes in Poland! 
When we eat dinner in our plates we have always meat.
These are popular dishes, which we usually eat.

This is "kotlet schabowy",it means "pork chop". This designation comes from pork, but this dish we often make with
chicken.

Next dish is "kotlet mielony", it means "meatloaf". This dish we make from miced meat and we make this from so many types of meat.

These are "pierogi", it means "dumplings". We usually eat them with meat, but we love dumplings with potatoes and cheese, and with sauerkraut and mushrooms.

The most popular dishes from Poland are "bigos" and "gołąbki".
This is the first of them, maybe "mishmash" is good name for this dish:

This dish we make with cabbage, sauerkraut and so many types of meat. Meybe this dish isn't look nice, but it is very
tasty!
And this is the second of them, "stuffed cabbage":

This is miced meat and rise wrapped cabbage leaf.
Polish people love soups. The most popular is "żurek", soup with meat and eggs

"barszcz czerwony" (beetroot), soup with red beets, we eat this with small dumplings with mushrooms

"pomidorówka" (tomato soup)

and "rosół" (chicken soup). 

The last soup, "rosół" we eat every Sunday. This is Polish tradition.
