Firstly what is volunteering? Let`s agree that it means HELP WITHOUT ASKING REWARD.

What to do?

1. Choose if you want focus on ecological, social or educational volunteering

2. Then describe current situation and say WHY you think it might be important.

3.Explain

*What are the GOALS of this activity? (WHAT?)

*What are OBJECTIVES of your activity? (HOW?-steps to reach your goal)

*Target audience of your activity.

*Who will BENEFIT from your activity?

*SUSTAINABILITY of you activity.

*RISKS

*Expected RESULT

4. Format. This description might be as a promotional article BEFORE the activity. You can even publish it in your local media.

5.Then get to the action. Show that volunteers can be real heros.

6. Don`t forget to take photos /videos of your activity. You will need them when you will present your activity in the next project meeting in Sigulda in October.
