  • DESIGN A LOGO FOR OUR PROJECT

    You've come to the right place!

     

    We need a lovely LOGO for our Project! You are invited to take part in a competition to create our official LOGO.

    To enter, you must work individually and make sure you include ideas which reflect the aims of our project.

    The aim of this competition is to design a logo for our projectwhich is being undertaken by the partner schools in Italy and in Northen Ireland. We would like you to create a design which reflects the work we are doing and the activities we will be undertaking in this project.

    1. The Logo should:
    • Be recognisable and help promote our project.
    •  may be featured on our learning platforms and other m. As a result, while we want the logo to be eye-catching, it must still be legible.
    • be your own original work and must not have been published before or contain copyrighted material.
    • Who can take part: Any pupils at the two participating school. Competitors may hand in a maximum of 2 designs.
    • Taking part in the competition implies that you accept the terms and conditions.
    • You should hand in your entry to  teachers at your school taking part in the project in the following format:
    1. On a sheet of A4 paper which should include the competitors' names and surnames on the back of the paper, 
      with both a large and small version of the logo. 
      It is recommended that you use a maximum of three main colours (you may use different shades of the same colour, 
      e.g. light blue, dark blue, sky blue etc.).
    2. Entries  must be handed in by the 20th of December

     

    CONTEST DETAILS

    • The jury: The jury will choose one winner from the entries and will be made up of:

    a. The Project coordinators

    b. Teachers in the Art department of both schools.

    • Contestants agree that their logo may be published and used in any publications related to the project.

    • The winner will receive a beautiful diploma.

    • The winning logo will become the property of the project The Earth and Natural Disasters - Learning from Italy and Northern Ireland.
