WE ALL ARE ELMERS
For this final task, we are going to create a collaborative poster made by students divided into international teams, where they have to colour other members´photos to create to made the final cooperative Elmer.
STEPS:
1) Story-telling of the book “ELMER” and video story with the discussion about the values in the book in English or in their mother tongue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZlNp-8zOgk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnoSIdPrgzg
2) Upload our students´ and teachers´photos in black and white, with their name and country written (tools: Publisher, Paint, Smart notebook...), in Materials-Images on the TwinSpace. Size of the photos: 5cm x 5 cm, more or less.
3) Download the photos of the school which is right under you in the next table below, and print them. This way, the groups will be international because all students will colour the photos of students from a different country simulating Elmer.

4) Scan all the photos coloured and upload them into the Twinspace, Materials-Images.
FINAL COLLABORATIVE PRODUCTS
BIG COLLABORATIVE ELMERS FOR THE WALLS AT SCHOOL.
Print all the photos coloured by all the students. Divide your students into groups and give some photos of students and teachers from different countries, so that the groups are international again. On a big paper with the outline of Elmer drawn on it, students stick all the pictures together in the whole class-group making a big collage.
