The first company we have visited was Confectionery factory Rūta.

Today the company has over 200 employees and operates its own manufacturing shops, a technological and a microbiological laboratory, a manufacturing/technical, a mechanical, and an energy department. The confectionery factory makes more than 300 different brands of sweets. In 2012, the company launched its Chocolate Museum, where visitors can find out interesting facts about the history of chocolate, which dates back nearly four thousand years, learn about the first confectionery factories in Lithuania.

We had an opportunity to feel like a chocolatier. We discovered how chocolates are produced and  tried to make some.

The next company we have visited was the company "Kerdara".

This company was founded in 1993. Over the years, the company has accumulated rich experience in log construction. UAB Kerdara produces record before Norwegian log houses, baths, garden houses and summer cottages.

We had an opportunity to see how to build houses out of wood, which are good for living - a comfortable and healthy.

The other company we have visited was the company "Joniškio baldai" ("Joniskis Furniture").

This company designs and manufactures nonstandard furniture for house, office, hotel, library, kindergarden, etc. They do measurement works, design furniture, give consultations for technical issues, help to choose material and furniture fitting when it is convenient for customers.

We understand that the main their task is to offer the product of the best price and quality and meet their customers individual needs.
