1 September 2014 – 31 August 2016
2014 September
The start of the project by sending postcards to all project partners countries (introducing of puppet and country);
Creating questionnaires for children, teachers, staff for the project evaluation;
Preparing the suitcase of “travelling puppet” .One puppet has a diary and a passport. These three things always come home J).
Every partner also has prepare seven suitcases (boxes) (to every partner) with three activities based on the chosen teaching strategy and with small gifts to the children or school and English – native language dictionary of Key words and phrases (Hello; How are you? Thank you, My name is…; Good bye; and numbers till 5) (printed and recorded to CD versions).
So,
- Puppet and its belongings (passport, diary). These things have to be returned.
- Suitcase (box) with three activities, small gifts to the school or children, Power Point presentation of the country and school (CD version or and dictionary (for every school). At the end of the project each participating school will have eight sets of different educational activities (one of the final results of our project).
2014 October
European week - introduction of project to the school, local community
Creating Logo of the project (Bulgaria).
Opening of the Project corner/center in each school.
2014 November
All Souls' Day/Haloween traditions and celebration/Saint Martin's Day celebrations on 11 November (Portugal).
21th November World Hello day (video conference to say Hello in own language to the partners of the project (video conference).
Creating project webpage (responsible – coordinator).
Creating the same title project on e-Twinning space (responsible: coordinator (Lithuania), Latinka and Izvorche (Bulgaria).
2014 December
09 – 13 December training activity “Experiments and “hands – on” approach in the kindergarten” in Italy.
Educational activity based on experiments for the children of hosting kindergarten.
Community evening.

- All Souls' Day/Haloween/ Saint Martin's Day traditions and celebration at school;
- Presentation project webpage (coordinator);
- Experiments and “hands – on” approach (sharing experience, ideas and etc.).

11 – 15 (11 welcome dinner; 15 departure day) February transnational meeting “Parents involving to the preschool education as a teaching strategy” in Spain.
Educational activity (we have to discuss the theme) for the children of hosting kindergarten.
Presentations:
- Christmas/New Years and Carnival traditions in the school;
- Involving parents to the educational process as a teaching strategy (sharing experience, ideas and etc.).
- Third Puppets travel by exchange during the meeting (look schedule)
Evaluation and development of the project (discussions).
Community party (dinner with school/parents community) (on Friday).

26 - 30 May (do not forget to add travelling days) 2015 Practical workshop "Outdoor education as an effective children's approach to nature", OOU Goce Delcev, Kavadarci, Macedonia.

Presentations:
- Traditional dishes presentation (Milka chooses the form of presentation J);
- Fool‘s day traditions/days of traditional jokes at school;
- Outdoor education as a teaching strategy (sharing experience, ideas and etc.).
- Presentation of dictionary of eight languages (First Dictionary for children- a book with five main words and phrases (Hello; Good appetite; My name is…; Thank you; Good bye and numbers till 5) in the languages of each participating country (printed version).

International Children's Book Day (creating a children‘s book for echange with a partners).
Each partner prepares information about the project from the start to the end (impressions, experience, some pictures), information about school, country for the project final product - brochure “Puppets mission: childhood without borders”.
2016 May
Traditional clothes days
10 – 14 May (travelling days are not included) Training course "Drama for preschoolers: teach and learn", kindergarten "Žilvitis", Karmelava, Lithuania.
Community evening.
