Autumn is again here and we talked about Autumn festivals, holidays and traditions in European countries. Some of us like Halloween, some created monsters from pumpkins, some like St. Martins on white horse, ... Children showed their relationship to these festivals in their presentatations, films, texts and of course in their artworks.

The end of summer and the beginning of autumn is synonymous with harvests and in Portugal the grape harvest season is ready: the grapes are ready to be harvested from the vines, in a work done in a party and convivial environment, and then produce the wine of the year. A Portuguese tradition that, although modernized in some aspects, is still what it was.
