The added value of the learning and teaching activities which we implemented in our project time is the promotion of the creative teaching and creative learning as necessary condition to improve the educational environment at schools and to respond on the  needs of the modern society.

The  project aim  received it's implementation  through workshops for teaching and learning creatively which were held during the partners meetings in Spain –December 2016, Portugal-April 2017, Greece-November 2017 and in England in April 2018.

We made 48 workshops to present end learn different creative, innovative techniques and methods for teaching and learning different subjects at school- Mathematic, History, Geography, English language, Social science and humanity, Chemistry, ICT, Physics, Biology, Music, Drama.

Teachers from the partners countries lead this workshops according to their competence and experience in the relevant aria. Participating teachers observed and discovered  different ways to be innovative and ingenious. In our opinion the best teaching model is the one which  are developed  skills in the practice of the creative teaching. Students will learn to think creatively when they are exhibited on creative teaching by their teachers . Participating teachers in the project workshops  shared the newly learned methods with teachers and students in their own schools who did not participated in the motilities. This type of communication improved the teaching environment in all participating schools and  responded on the  needs of the modern society

A very vivid group representing seven countries from all over Europe with different traditions in education of course bit also, surprisingly you might think, familiar with the basic ideas in a lot of what came up during the workshops -  such as the will to to have students to involve also physically in actvities in the approaches to traditional curricalum, e.g. The Greek Philosophy - my favourite workshop presented in Athen in November 2017.

Working with partners have been a pleasure - so many different tempers to mould a common result and bringing joy and inspiration for the future!

And of course not least to mention - students having the possibilty to stay and live with hostfamilies and getting close to living in another part of Europe - breaking barriers!

The project Creative Teaching and Learning funded by Erasmus+ program was an exciting learning experience for all parties involved.

Students, Teachers and families in general benefited from the whole learning experience.

Horizons were opened as there was an opening to new cultures, learning practices and learning environments. Good practices were exchanged and put into practice.

The main goal was to motivate learners and teachers through creativity in various forms.

Innovative means and methods were employed and created a positive learning environment and outcomes worth sharing and developing further in future teaching and learning activities as flexibility is a major trait of the whole process.

ICT e-tools, platforms and applications supported all the processes and outcomes.

Our school's creative practices evolved around role play, theatricals writing, song writing, short film making, photo presentations, posters, ppts only to mention some. Various themes and disciplines were integrated and throughout the implementation processes ICT played a supportive role in all our activities' preparation, delivery and dissemination.

Joy promoted learning and vice versa.

Innovation, Cooperation, Respect (most important human value), Creativity, ICT, Differentiated Learning, PBL, Art Forms were the axes of all our teaching and learning activities designed and carried out by teachers and students in our school, 17 Lykeio of Athens, Greece.

We are most grateful to all the partners of this wonderful project and the supportive European and Greek administration mechanisms IKY, Ministry of Education, District Office, our Principals and staff) for the memorable opportunity to cooperate and learn in creative ways in a variety of environments.

In my opinion the original objectives of the project were met. In each meeting different groups of teachers showcased a variety of technological and creative techniques to help develop student learning. For example, the use of Kahoot to back up learning, the use of HP Reveal/Aurasma to support and deepen previous learning, the development of relationships through practical activities in drama and social sciences and Keezy which allowed students to develop creatively through voice and music work. I believe that we achieved what we set out to. The participating students worked very well in all workshops and arenas of study and were challenged and stretched in their knowledge and creative capacity. In turn, the outcomes of the workshops and visits have informed further teacher training and development at my school which has forced us to be more outward looking in terms of technological advancements in education. The project strived to be innovative through the use of cutting edge technology and freeware that can impact hugely the learning and development of each student. By allowing students access to freeware via their phones in the classroom, they are able to record, support, inform and develop their learning beyond the classroom in highly creative and innovative ways. Our key priority was to encourage the use of creativity and practicality in the classroom. The use of Drama and Creative Writing benefited the student work hugely because they were able to take physical ownership of the work and showcase their skills and learning from a performance and presentation perspective. What I certainly tried to communicate in my practical workshops was the importance of body language and speech in a modern world; a world in which we rely heavily on technological forms of communication, I was conscious to educate that these forms can be used synergistically with aural and physical forms, not instead of. Subsequently, some of the projects and workshops relied on both arenas of communication - for example, group/team work alongside Aurasma, and performance work alongside projection/research. To summarise, the project as a whole was enjoyable and worthwhile. Student response to all workshops and activities was really positive and creative learning and development occurred throughout the time with both students and teachers.

Now the project is ending we could say that, in terms of objectives, for our school it's been a very interesting action, not only for teachers to learn creative tools and methods but also for students to live an international experiences and to put into practice some of those new methods.
Thanks to the project we have shared with the teacher's team different workshops in many subjects about how to improve creativity in the classroom, so the results of the project are highly reproducible because we keep this know- how for future courses.

Due to the international meetings our students have had the oppotunity of hosting and being hosted, getting to know other cultures from the bosom of families. These stays in the participating countries helped them to spread and interiorize their European vison. This fact is relevant as we all know we are confronting a complex situation about Europe and its future

These projects do, in general, and this Creative Teaching and Learning project, in particular,  contribute to building bridges within different cultural and educational landscapes.

Creative Teaching and Learning, a challenging, multipartnered project has specifically opened new doors to different approaches to teaching and learning. Seven schools/countries from distant parts in Europe have brought along their knowledge, their experience, their vision of the world and turned them into a more dynamic, updated, creative way to approach teaching.

The whole school community - students and teachers - has benefited from a myriad of different workshops presented on several different subjects, and on a behavioural/social level, also staff and parents have witnessed some changes.

Team work and collaborative practices have been fostered and better social skills come along with this, which is a major plus for education in general.

All in all, we feel pleased and fulfilled with the results, even though the paths we followed were sometimes difficult and challenging.

This project was extremely enriching since innovative and creative techinques were shared among different partners through different workshops aimed at both students and teachers. Knowing different cultural contexts has raised a new vision in approaching the same problems in Education. There has been a big and enthusiastic joining up of students who, still now, report its impact on their lives.

What you learned  in the project:

How to approach teaching in a more creative and diverse way
    new tools and ideas
I learned a lot of new things in Economics and Chemistry.
I learned working in a team but also overcome my fears of being exposed as an individual.
I’ve learnt to be more creative and to think a lot when I study and I really liked everything because it’s really different from the usual things.
    A couple of interesting presentations/talks.
    workship and collaboration
Some different tools we can apply in our lessons in order to be more dynamics
Different ways to engage a full audience.
A lot of workshops and a lot of impressions - bit diffficult to oint out anything specific but a lot of creativity input in my brain!
There were many workshops, indeed. I learned a lot about Greek philosophers.
The only workshop I remember was the one where we made presentations and I learned how to use new programs that I havent see

It was so nice working together in different places in Europe and meeting many teachers. And for me personally, having the chance to present a workshop about "how to create money" - Fractional Reseve Banking - with students was great fun!  I learnt a lot, and also got a lot more selfconfidence in what I'm doing in my daily job!

Being part of that project was a great experience and a great pleasure for me. It provoked me to try working with much more creativity. Participating in many different workshops   I saw many new approaches and methods  for  different  and innovative ways of  teaching and learning. The meetings gave me unforgettable memories, new friendships with very positive and creative people all over Europe. The project was very useful not only for me, but for my colleagues in Kazanlak and of course for all the students who took part in the activities during the project and for the students in our school. Very inspirational, useful and educational projec
