Swedish school recipe: rye bread with salmon

  • Starter: Rye bread with salmon and cold potatoes (40 persons)

     

    Ingrediens:

    40 pieces of rye bread (We take with us from Finland)

    2 carrots

    1 kg potatoes (boiled)

    300 g crème fraiche

    200 g mayonnese

    500 g smoked salmon

    2 handfulls of dill

    salt and pepper
