Aim : Students are encouraged to explore their most favourite folk tales, myths and legends. They present them to their partners in order to become aware of their cultural differences.
PROCESS :
- Ss work in groups on a national basis, pick a folk tale, a myth or a legend and present it in English.
- Then they exchange tales with their partners and they have to illustrate each other's tales. All tales and illustrations are turned into ebooks by using youblisher or issuu.
- Partner schools vote for the bet illustrated and narrated myth, legend or fairy tale based on specific criteria : originality, illustration, text structure and range of vocabulary.
