Get to know our school, city, country, ...

  • For this part of the introduction, students create, in small teams, little documentaries. 

    This assignment has several purposes: to introduce one's own school, to get information about the place where one will stay for a week and to think about stereotypes.

    Every team will make 2 videos.

    team 1 our own school country to be visited: geographic, political, ...
    team 2 Stereotypes: what do we think about the country and people we will visit. town/city to be visited: geographic, industry, tourism
    team 3 Stereothpes: how do we think others think about us and our country? country to be visited: food, music, sports, ...

    Once students visit their partnerschool, the videos about the schools and the stereotypes will be shown at school for all students or all students of their age (depending on the situation in school).

    The other films are an introduction to get to know the other country.
