Arab Code Week platform
Objectives
- Choosing the topic “Artificial Intelligence and Environmental Protection” as the main focus for the second round of competitions.
- Helping the Arab child discover environmental problems and finding appropriate solutions to them.
- Activating the school’s role in participating in environmental protection.
- The event, with all their specializations and levels of teaching, through a training program prepared for the purpose.
- Enabling government and private scientific clubs, university students, and all those interested in programming sciences, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning ... and protecting the environment from framing the children participating in the competitions of the second session of the Arab Code Week.
Axes of participation in the Arab Code Week competitions
The teachers organize activities and supervise teams of students (each team consists of 2 to 3 students) to provide technological solutions based on Artificial Intelligence that respond to the problems they have observed in their surroundings and their community related to one of the following themes:
- Protection of plants, forests, and endangered animals. Protection of water resources.
- Smart city. Preserving the environment.
- Protection of air, seas, and oceans from pollution.
- Reducing the risks of climate change and encouraging the use of environmentally friendly energies.
