MEDIOS DE COORDINACIÓN ENTRE DOCENTES //
COORDINATION AMONG TEACHERS
1. Gmail
El correo electrónico vía Gmail ha sido un medio muy utilizado por los docentes participantes, sobre todo para comunicaciones extensas que requerían más espacio y detalle que las de Whatsapp. Además, a través del Gmail también se compartían las carpetas y documentos de Drive para editar entre todos. También es destacable que se creó una cuenta Gmail exclusiva para el proyecto y así facilitar a los grupos de trabajo el darse de alta en las aplicaciones necesarias para hacer las actividades (colmena.etwinning@gmail.com).

2. GoogleDrive
Desde el principio planificamos, coordinamos y acordamos por Documentos Drive (Carpeta La colmea) las actividades y acciones que íbamos a llevar a cabo en el proyecto. También se usó la carpeta del Drive para coordinar las actividades cooperativas de los alumnos.
From the beginning we planned, coordinated and agreed by Drive Documents (Folder La colmena) the activities and actions that we were going to carry out in the project. The Drive folder was also used to coordinate student cooperative activities.
3. Grupo WhatsApp
Se creó un grupo de WhatsApp ("La colmena") entre los docentes para que la comunicación sobre activiades y desarrollo de las mismas fuera más ágil. Todos los docentes del proyecto han participado de forma muy activa y dinámica mediante esta vía.
A WhatsApp group ("La colmena") was created among teachers to make communication about activities and development more agile. All the teachers of the project have participated very actively and dynamically through this way.
4. Diario de proyecto y Tablón de Docentes (Twinspace)
En el Diario de proyecto y Tablón de Docentes (Twinspace) se refleja el desarrollo de las actividades y acciones del proyecto en todos sus ámbitos (participación en actividades, evaluación, acciones especiales, etc.). También los alumnos han interaccionado en el Diario de Proyecto dando opiniones sobre los Posts publicados.
The development of activities and actions of the project in all its areas (participation in activities, evaluation, special actions, etc.) is reflected in the Project Journal and the Teacher´s Bulletin. The students have also interacted in the Project Journal giving opinions about the published Posts.
5. Videoconferencias/Videoconferences
Se han realizado varias videoconferencias (eTwinning Event o GoogleMeet) para planificación, desarrollo y evaluación del proyecto.Así como para poner en contacto a los alumnos en alguna actividad. Se pueden ver en la página correspondiente.
Several videoconferences(eTwinning Event or GoogleMeet) have been held for planning, development and evaluation of the project. As well as to put in contact with the students in some activity. They can be seen on the corresponding page.
6. Llamadas telefónicas / Telephone calls
El proyecto ha creado no sólo relaciones profesionales entre nosotros, sino también relaciones de amistad. Hemos intercambiado nuestros números de teléfono y nos hemos llamado por teléfono cuando queremos tomar una decisión urgente o comunicarnos más rápidamente sobre una actividad o un tema relacionado con el desarrollo de nuestro proyecto.
The project has created not only professional relationships between us, but also friendship. We have exchanged our phone numbers and called each other when we want to make an urgent decision or communicate more quickly about an activity or a topic related to the development of our project.
7. Foros/Forum
Los docentes hemos puesto en comunicación a los alumnos mediante el uso de foros del Twinspace para las distintas actividades que hemos llevado a cabo. En algún momento lo docentes hemos intervenido para coordinar y moderar dichos foros.
Teachers have communicated to students through the use of Twinspace forums for the different activities we have carried out. At some point the teachers have intervened to coordinate and moderate these forums.
