It was very nice to meet people from different countries.
Our students were very happy when the letter came.
We should ensure that our students are in contact with each other as much as possible.
The project should continue every year.
We need to do more collaborative tasks and online meetings.
We should focus on different activities other than letters.

Pelin ŞAHİN - Gölköy Anatolian İmam Hatip High School

This project is pretty precious. Our students could have the chance to meet new friends and use English in their real life. They could use the vocabularies and structures they learned at English classes. At the same time, we enabled them to write letters which many children and young people are not acquinted with in this technology world. We had an amazing teamwork so I congratulate all of us. Thank you very much!

    Şeyma ÜNAL/YalvaçAlemdar Primary School

It was really a great project for my young pupils. They improved their writing skills as they had to write a letter every months. They learnt different cultures of other countries via their friends. They were able to use web 2.0tools and technolgy for the project.

    Ebru DÜLDÜL-Pınarbaşı Secondary School

First of all, I would like to thank all the partners who contributed to the project. This project has been a very good adventure for us that excited both me and my students. We were very happy to receive letters from different countries every month. We wrote letters together in class. We prepared gifts and mailed them to different countries. As the level of my students introducing themselves, talking about their hobbies and introducing their countries, their interest in the lessons increased because it was completely related to our English curriculum and they were able to write it practically in a letter. It was a great experience for me and my students to allow them to use different web2 tools. I got very good feedback from my parents. They all thanked one by one. I held an opening and closing meeting for this at school .

    Małgorzata Tęcza-Piechura - POLAND

ELENA FERRARI - PASCOLI school - Italy

This project has been very involving and enriching for me and for my students. We worked on letters, on videos, on self and school presentations. The project enhanced the competences of my students in writing and in knowing and appreciating people from other cultures and other countries. It has been difficult to carry on the project due to a school year with lots of problems related to Covid and quarantines. I hope next year it will be easier.

Anna Ciba, Szkoła Podstawowa nr 1 im Janusza Korczaka z Oddziałami Dwujęzycznymi W Chorzowie

Giovanna Milanese Parravicini primary school Italy

I think the project was a great opportunity for everyone, teachers and children. It has given us the opportunity to get in touch with people from all over Europe, we have worked together, pursuing common goals, always looking forward, holding firm, despite the problems we have experienced. In addition to being an opportunity for improvement in the English language and in the use of multimedia tools, in my opinion it also had an important educational value.

    Judit Portero.

It was very nice to meet people from different countries.
Thank you for inviting me to be part of this project. It was perfect!

    Katja Karvonen, Hyttikallion koulu, Finland

This project was very nice. Writing in English was a good practise for students. The project was also a good way to get a chance to use their English skills. Unfortunately I can't say that we got a chance to get to know children from different countries. We send letters but we didn't receive any. Maybe they got lost on their way. But we got the Christmas cards.

    Kamila Drofiszyn-Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3 w Kłodzku,Poland

It was a very nice experience. My students were really excited especially about opportunity to exchange letters with people from other countries. The pandemic time was hard for everyone and our cooperation gave us a chance to think about something pleasant. Hopefully it was a chance to improve children's skills.

Zeliha BİLGİLİ / Gazipaşa Primary School - Ankara

Our students were very happy when the letter arrived. It's great to meet students and teachers from all over Europe. My students were very happy. In summary, we need to have more collaborations and more online meetings. Our project must continue.
We should focus on activities other than letters.

Omaira Tortosa - CEIP La Foia, Petrer

I'd like to value this project in a positive way, since it has allowed us to get to know other cultural and school realities and it has been motivating for our students. I'd like to say that my students have not always been happy with it because it was very difficult to stablish a friendship relation between children, since each month we change partners. As a suggestion and for next projects I think that we should have picked a partner each timester instead of a partner per month
