    Here are four categories which French students came up with last week:

    Food, people, free time, environment...

    To these four we can add: Academic achievements, involvement in the community...

     

    Questions about food: quality? diversity? quantity? availability?

    Questions about people:

       people to go to in case of a problem

       people to help settle a dispute between students/ between a student and an adult?

       among students: clubs and associations? safety? places to socialise?

       students and adults: exchanges with adults? safety? recognition?

    Questions about free time:

    clubs and associations? places to spend your free time? things to do?

    Questions about the environment of the school:

       equipment: accessibility, leisure...

       outside: places to stay outside? things to do outside? safety outside?

       inside: decoration of the corridors? safety inside? decoration of the classrooms? light in the                     corridors/classrooms? noise level inside? protection from the COVID?

       access to toilets?

       equipment(s) needed?

    Questions about academic achievement:

    recognition? help from adults when needed? cooperation between students from a same group/year? help from older students? information about the studies?

    places to study?

    Questions about involvement in the community:

        sharing an object to be identified as a member of the school (sweater...)

        links with former students? information about the studies after the high school?

        access to the school for the parents?

        building projects with schools with younger/older students or other high schools?

       building projects with the surrounding cities

       information, debates, actions about hot topics: environment, climate change...
