The Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU ) has been signed by all European Partners of the Project. It is a  Partnership Agreement between the partners to formalize the essential elements of the agreement reached.

Il Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU ) è stato firmato da tutti i Partner europei. Si tratta di un'Intesa tra i Partner per formalizzare gli elementi essenziali dell'accordo raggiunto.
