In forza di quanto disposto dall'art. 1 della Legge n. 633/1941, sono tutelate dal diritto d'autore le opere dell'ingegno di carattere creativo che appartengono alla letteratura, alla musica, alle arti figurative, all'architettura, al teatro ed alla cinematografia, qualunque ne sia il modo o la forma di espressione.
È pertanto necessario che l'opera sia in possesso dei requisiti della originalità e della novità (soggettiva ed oggettiva).
La Legge n. 633/1941 prevede disposizioni specifiche che regolano le difese e le sanzioni esperibili, sia in sede civile sia in sede penale, a tutela dei soggetti che hanno subito la violazione dei diritti loro spettanti riconosciuti dal diritto d'autore.
By virtue of the provisions of art. 1 of Law no. 633/1941, intellectual works of a creative nature belonging to literature, music, figurative arts, architecture, theater and cinema are protected by copyright, whatever the manner or form of expression. It is therefore necessary that the work possesses the requisites of originality and novelty (subjective and objective).
Law no. 633/1941 provides for specific provisions that regulate the defenses and sanctions that can be exercised, both in civil and criminal matters, to protect those who have suffered the violation of their rights recognized by copyright.

2. NETIQUETTE
Con il termine netiquette si intende l’insieme delle regole che disciplinano il comportamento che le persone devono avere su Internet rapportandosi agli altri, come nel caso di blog, forum, email, social media e molto altro ancora. Le regole della netiquette seguono principalmente il buon senso, come nella vita normale, ma risultano di particolare importanza:
trattando di minori, si chiede particolare attenzione a non condividere foto/video in cui i bambini siano a volto scoperto o direttamente riconoscibili.
The term netiquette refers to the set of rules governing the behavior that people must have on the Internet in relation to others, as in the case of blogs, forums, emails, social media and much more. The rules of netiquette mainly follow common sense, as in normal life, but are of particular importance:
when dealing with minors, particular attention is requested not to share photos / videos in which the children are uncovered or directly recognizable.
