SECOND PARTNERS' MEETING

  • PARTNERS MEETING 10/3/2021

    The majority of the partners were present. We have been discussing about how to implement the presentation activities and we've planned the future ones.

    STATE OF THINGS: students should 

    1- upload in the gallery the avatars created  (follow the instructions in the page => Students' Avatars)  

    2- evaluate the first activities in pages=> "Students' Avatars" (scroll down the page)

    3- take parte in the discussion in the page=> "A quiz on Filter bubble"

    Teachers should support their students  (these activities can also been evaluated as real tasks).

    NEXT ACTIVITIES

    March

    Students start working in multinational groups (as specified in pages=> orange groups/green groups) with a (teacher)supervisor .

    Each teacher supervisor prepares a new thread in all her/his groups, title "Students' Café" 

    First step: students visit their "Café" and express their opinions, feelings, interests and more...

    Teachers watch the video with their own students and ask them to write notes and take part in the SWOT analysis.

    Each supervisor prepares a second thread in his/her groups; title "Netiquette"

    Second step: students are ready to work in their multinational group

    they are asked to select a role and discuss about it with their partners

      write down notes about how the group members are working 

      Prepare a short audio message to present information to the rest of the partners

    teachers work on a brainstorming page:  suggest ideas and topics to be divided in the next month's activity; join the media literacy group (in eTwinning Live) and have a look at the materials

    OPTIONAL: teachers ask their students to prepare bookmarks for their new friends (something handmade with a slogan about a better internet for everyone) then they collect the bookmarks in an envelope and send it to a partner school. School matching will be done when teachers confirm their participation in the activity)
