Each team has:

- To prepare a presentation about a common basic topic, in order to explain the topic to all other teams. See subpage "Common topics".

- To choose a couple of products between PDO/PGI list of own region and to investigate their botanical characteristic and chemical composition and to deepen the most significant molecules contained in the food and its health benefits.

-  To treat a pulse of own region, though it is not a PDO/PGI product. That because 2016 is the international year of pulses!

Of course,  in addition to that, each team can put other materials about typical and healthy food of own region!

For presentation, we will use PowerPoint, Prezi (https://prezi.com/), Padlet,...

We will create also a padlet wall, where who wants (teacher and students) can put observations, questions,...
