What is changed at the end?

  • Our results:

    • 13 created games
    • adopted programming knowledge (graphic and block programming)
    • improved creativity traits
    • developed trait of cooperation
    • increased awareness of the need for change to achieve SDG
    • developed Growth Mindset at students
    • awareness of how it is always possible to progress with effort
    • awareness of the strength of the powerful word "YET"

    Although this project is over, the students continue with their creative work, collaboration and friendship.

    General conclusions:

    • It is necessary to design a task that will be challenging and stimulating for the student as well as to choose and apply appropriate teaching methods.
    • Regardless of the task, methods, and means, creativity is also affected by other environmental factors that can increase or decrease creativity.
    • Ozobot is a great tool to develop and increase childrens creativity.

    Every child is an individual and requires a different approach!

     

    Influence of Growth Mindset and Positive Supervision on Creativity Development:

    • Number of „what” questions decreases in time
    • Answers are getting faster and in advance
    • Students are investing more effort in their work
    • Students’ enthusiasm and self-confidence rises

    It’s important to encourage students continuously.

    Growth mindset and positive supervision can increase creativity, flexibility, empathy and better relationships.
