In June, 5th and 8th grade students took part in culinary workshops in Koszyce Wielkie, where they prepared regional dishes. First, the participants got acquainted with the traditional dishes of our region, and then, having recipes and all the necessary ingredients, they created dishes. The recipes came from different parts of the Tarnów region: Szerzyny, Kowalowa, Jurków, Nowa Jastrząbka, Biadoliny Radłowski and Niedzieliska. There were: bread on a cabbage leaf, kajpus, blacksmith's lumps, bean salad, lavender cookies, raspberry jelly. At the end of the workshops, apart from tasting their own products, the students made pickles which they took home.
