In June, as a part of the Erasmus + project activities, students from grades 5 and 6 in Koszyce Wielkie took part in a presentation and workshops on artistic blacksmithing at the Vocational and Continuing Education Center in Tarnów-Mościce. The purpose of this meeting was to learn about the dying profession which is artistic blacksmithing. Students not only listened to a lecture on this profession, but they also saw a blacksmith's workshops and tools such as blacksmith tongs, grinder, hammers. The biggest attraction was a presentation how, step by step, beautiful products that surround us are created. Spending a few hours at the workshops, they realised how hard the work of a blacksmith is.
