Comparing some words / on compare quelques mots
After comparing the adpatation of some French words to our languages, the students asked to compare some words they use in everyday life.
These are some words we compared:

We could see that Nederlands and English often have similar words (Germanic languages). Catalan and French have similar words too (Romance languages).
We could see that sometimes there are similarities between some French and Dutch words - for historical reasosn.
