Eggplant ia a common product in Adıyaman. People often consume it from breakfast to dinner. They use eggplant from salads, mezes to main dishes. So we chose eggplant as a presentation. We made drawings, searched it's history, advantages of eggplant, growing eggplant, growing seasons... We made meals and shared them. We also shared traditional meals from Turkey.
