    Eggplant ia a common product in Adıyaman. People often consume it from breakfast to dinner. They use eggplant from salads, mezes to main dishes. So we chose eggplant as a presentation. We made drawings, searched it's history, advantages of eggplant, growing eggplant, growing seasons... We made meals and shared them. We also shared traditional meals from Turkey. We enjoyed and learned. I hope you, too. Thanks for your opinions.

    Eggplant was our presentation product. Because it is also a traditional product around Adıyaman. So, it was enjoyable lesson for me. I have Drawings o the page. We have online group with my teacher and friends. We share our studies and opinions. It was useful and enjoyable. I also joined online meeting and made a presentation for this project. It was my first and amazing experience. I will never forget.

    I'm happy to take part in this project. It was an unfogettable experience for me. Our teacher created a page on social media and we shared our studies and drawings and pictures. Our teacher gave feedback about our lessons and then we shared our studies on the page. It was exciting to create someting. Thank you.     I always believe that eggplant is among the most delicous food of the world. You can use many cooking ways. You can bake, grill, fry, steam or you can dry it and boil with other ingredients.     Food is very important nowadays. We should always eat healty food and live well. We should keep away ourselves from diseases. Eggplant is very usefull.     Eggplant is one of my favourite vegetables. As my hometown is Malatya which is a neighbour to Adıyaman it's commonly used in our cuisine, as well. 'Patlıcan Tava' is my top of the list dish to eat when I visit Malatya:) I enjoyed the lesson a lot, I even drew an eggplant in spite of my bad drawing skills:) By the way did you know that British people call the eggplant 'aubergine' ?     Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables. I eat all the dishes made with eggplant without separating them. Eggplant is very healthy, but my favorite eggplant dish is the unhealthy fried eggplant. Dont be like me and consume eggplant in its healthy form.

    I found this lesson interesting, because of many new facts about a vegetable I haven't eaten yet. The video was kinda boring, but drawings and flipbook were nicely done. I was honestly suprised by the number of recipes made by eggplant. Overall, I was satisfied with this chapter.

    Eggplant is a vegetable that provides many benefits to our body, it is rich in fiber, antioxidant, it is good for the skin, it stimulates the immune system, it reduces cholesterol, it reduces the level of glucose in the blood and it prevents some types of cancer. It must always be eaten cooked.

    Egglant is a food with very beneficial properties on the digestion of fatty acids, blood pressure, kidney health and resistance to diseases in general.
