    Step 3- At home, prepare any of the traditional Turkish meals including eggplant and include the recipe in the form of a video or a powerpoint presentation (Note: if you cannot prepare the meal yourself, ask your mum /dad/ grandma,... to help you but make sure she agrees with filming.     Video was great! To be real, I dont eat eggplant so much, because I dont like the taste, but I didnt know its that healthy. I try to live balanced life so I eat a lot of vegetables and I like the benefits of eggplant - prevents cancer, lowers cholesterol, protects from hair damage and much more. I think, I will to trz to eat it more. :)

    Honestly i don't like eggplants, and i never consume them and since i don't eat them,i don't have a favourite meal with eggplants.
    The three most imporant benefits of eating eggplants for me are:
    1)They can prevent cancer
    2)They can promote natural weight loss
    3)They can prevent cellular damage in brain

    The eggplant originated in India.The name of eggplant was given it by Europeans in the middle of the eighteenth century because the variety they knew had fruits that were the shape and size of goose eggs. That variety also had fruits that are a whitish or yellowish colour rather than the wine purple that is more familiar to us nowadays. I think, dishes made by eggplant are quite delicious. And i think, eggplant and garlic are the best duo. I consume eggplant once a week. To me it's so healthy. Preventing cancer,preventing cellular damage in brain, promoting weigth loss are the most important three benefits for me.

    Eggplant has impressed me very much with its purple color it has a really great color it is a very healthy food at the same time with eggplant you can make both healthy and beautiful dishes

    Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables. So much so that I could eat raw:) It is pretty much consumed in Turkey. Since it is a summer vegetable, I only consume it in summer. But I use it at least twice a week in summer in different ways. I love roasted eggplant with meat. I also love to eat at Karnıyarık, Moussaka or Imam Bayıldı. Karnıyarık is a dish found in Turkish cuisine consisting of eggplant stuffed with a mix of sautéed chopped onions, garlic, black pepper, tomatoes, optional green pepper, parsley and ground meat (You can see it in the picture. It is really delicious. A similar dish is the Imam Bayıldı, which does not include meat and is served at room temperature or warm. They are often served with rice. If you don't like eggplants, you must come to Turkey and taste those delicious eggplant dishes!!!

    I love eggplant. I think it is very delicious. My favourite dish is Turkish Mousakka. We consume eggplant four seasons. There are many advantages of eggplant.Three important benefits of eggplant for me

    The video is very beneficial. I rarely eat eggplant. I didn't know how healthy it was. I will consume much more. It's advantages impressed me.     We consume eggplant for breakfast mostly. In Adıyaman there is a bakery culture. People make their preparation and baker cooks whatever they want in the bakery. For breakfast we prepare eggplant, pepper and tomatoe in a tray. Baker cooks it in return for buying bread. Eggplant is delicious and also healthy. The most three important benefits of it for me; reducing cancer risk, good for a better skin, lower bad cholesterol.

    Eggplant is low in calories and sodium, and is a great source of dietary fiber, potassium, and B vitamins. The next time you're admiring a bright eggplant, just think of all the antioxidants and minerals it provides. The skin is entirely edible, though with larger eggplants it can be a little tough. If your eggplant is young, tender, and on the small side, the nutrient-rich skin can probably be left on for skillet frying or braising. Otherwise, peel the skin and then slice or cube the flesh. I often eat it with pleasure, especially in summer.

    In my opinion eggplant is a delicios, healthy and great source of vitamins and minerals. Eggplant is good for better skin tone and regulate and pamper skin, prevents cellular damage in brain and lowers bad cholesterol. I eat eggplant often in the summer. My favourite meal from eggplant is eggplant salad which is is a delicious summer salad that can be served on fresh bread with tomatoes and sometimes Feta cheese.
