Saulkrasti (in translation -Sun shores) is a seacoast town which lies on the east coast of Baltic sea gulf of Riga . The towns motto – "The town closer to the Sun. Town which carries the name of the Sun".
Because of placement and prevailing winds, our city has the most sunny days of the year.
The city's oldest name is Neibade ( Neubad), it was a popular Baltic German resort in the19 th centuri.
Our school learns 395 children from 1th to 12 th grade . School is placed in two buildings.
School has been in existence for107 years.
