Dissemination plan

    This is our dissemination plan

Headmasters: During staff meetings we will inform him about the project being developed. At the end we will write a report about our project, complete with objectives, planning, outcomes and evaluation from students and parents point of view.

Colleagues: We will have specific meetings with colleagues (one example is "coffee with eTwinning" which means that while having a coffee in a relaxed way we will chat about our project). We will also present our eTwinning project during specific teachers' meetings. We will underline the benefits from a pedagogical point of view and also the benefits for the professionality of the teacher who took part in the project in terms of collaboration and communication improvement and competences skills.

Parents: Through classes' blog and the etwinning plattform we will keep them informed about the project. We will provide a visitor user and password to see what's going on. We will create labs specifically designed for them inside the planning. That means they will be part of the project as actors.

Territorial associations: As eTwinning ambassadors we will have meetings with the responsible of National Service in our area where we inform about the project and we will also write articles to talk about the innovations in our project: a new collaborative method to study English in a real communicative contest: real people to talk to; parents' participation; massive use of technology as collaborative tool

Other schools: In our area we will organize teacher development meetings where the ambassadors will inform about eTwinning and we will use our own project as an example of possible new ones. We will create a MANUAL with all the activities done available to be repeated and maybe increased. Our methodology will be clear and well explained.

Inside school:  Invite other classes to watch our work, present it and ask them to help in some parts of the project, for example draw with us, play a game, brainstorming for a part of the work. We will also provide them with the materials we used "to play with English" and learn.

Present the work in a seminar
