Explanation about activity: During the first weeks of the 2nd term, 3rd ESO groups participated in a yoga class. In this, they practiced some of the most representative asanas and caranas related with yoga practice: the tree pose, the warriors, the sun salutation, ...

In the end, in groups, students made virtual posters with CANVA where they performed some of the postures taught including an explanation of the mechanical efforts that are made on our body.
