Col·legi Badalonès is located in the city of Badalona, 10km north from Barcelona. We  offer quality education ranging from pre-elementary levels to high-school and FP.

Our school was founded in 1895 and is deeply compromised with contributing positively to society with the personal development of our students. In order to achieve this, we offer a quality educative system focused on preparing them to face the challenges they will encounter in an autonomous and responsible manner. In a similar way, we promote essential values such as solidarity, discipline, creativity and innovation, effort, respect, compromise, independence, environmental sustainability, and non discrimination, throughout the different projects conducted at school.

Furthermore, our goal is to ensure our students' access to the university degrees they wish to study with a solid educational background and to enter the labor market confidently.

Starting in 2010, our school started participating in ERASMUS + programs, directed both to our students and our teachers. We firmly believe it is a unique experience to expand our knowledge across borders and adopt new methodologies and ideas attained elsewhere to the formative process of our students. In the transnational world we live in, it is fundamental to grant our educative community the opportunity of interacting with new cultures and expanding our viewpoints on many different topics. In this sense, our goal is to fully integrate ERASMUS+ projects into the day-to-day dynamics of our centre.

Other projects conducted in school are our Environmental project, which has brought us to be the second accredited "Green School" in Spain and the Teenager Fight For Solidarity (LLAP, in Catalan), a fundraising directed by our students to fight concrete social challenges in our city or abroad.

    V.gimnazija "Vladimir Nazor"

    Presentation

Our school was founded on 15. 12.1862 and went through a lot of changes in history. After WW1 it became an all-boys school but in 1940. became an all-girls school instead. Nowadays it houses two high schools, V.gimnazija „Vladimir Nazor“ and IV. Gimnazija „Marko Marulić“.It was named after Vladimir Nazor, a well known Croatian poet, writer, translator and humanist who lived in the late 19 th century and early 20 th century. We are the only school in Croatia to be called after a person, Vladimir, who was alive at the time.

Education is focused only on students and their knowledge. School offers a range of after-school activities such as choir, drama and trips to interesting places (Rome, UK). It feels more like a small collage than a typical high school - curriculum requires students to think critically, the community is small so everyone is known and the atmosphere is more than approachable. It has warm and supportive environment because we have friendly communications with our students. All our students are well prepared for college and beyond. We regularly have the best grades in whole Croatia when it comes to high school graduation called matura, the main test in our country.  The teachers are professional, caring and well organized because they want only the best for the children.
