In the framework of European Sport Day, in the Sports Center of the Municipality of Paleo Faliro, Athens, students of the 8th and 9th grades participated in organized sports activities. The main goal was to activate them in organized actions with the slogan "I love Sports - I love my Health".

All activities were chosen by the students in advance. After their choices, the appropriate place was selected to run all of them. Students were athletes and judges at the same time. Friendship, Equality and Fair-Play were the main axis of all activities.

The activities were aerobic and anaerobic in personal and teamwork level. Through fun, the goal was to encourage young people to develop healthy attitudes for a better quality of life but, mainly, to inculcate the Olympic Values and Ideals like respect, democracy, peace and equality.
