Topics and agreements

1 Establishing deadlines for ongoing and past tasks: the matchmemory for presenting students and teachers, country and school presentation, logo and logo voting, hotel history and classification in each partner country

2 Hotel website: each partner creates their own hotel website; deadline is the end of December (January if it would be impossible in December)

3 Hotel promotion: each partner makes a poster or a brochure to promote their hotel website or its virtual hotel

4 Guest cycle at the hotel; check-in, accommodation, stay, check out: each partner creates a problem for each partner hotel: there should be a problem and its solution 

5 Christmas cards: the partners create Christmas cards and sent them to each other 

6 Creation of an e-book: a collection of problems and solutions at a hotel 

7 a video on a problem and its solution based on problems and solutions in a guest stay or guest cycle  at the hotel

8 The next online meeting will be with students at a further agreed time

Erasmus+ 229 partnership

1 All the partners agreed to form an Erasmus+ partnership to apply for an Erasmus+229 project on hotel skills. 

2 the project coordinator will be the Serbian partner school

3 The partners agreed to plan a project around project meetings or LTTA's wit h4 students and 2 teachers 

4 All the partner will send their ID to the coordinator

5 The next activities will start upon the opening of the Erasmus+ online forms 

Summary of the online meeting, April 22nd 2020

How to get on with Covid 19

1 The partners discussed the final two tasks:

a) task 5 - the students of each partner school will collaborate together to create an e-book containing the Problem & Solution dialogues from task 4

b) task 6 - the students from all partner schools will discuss recording videos with dialogues from task 6 on the Twinspace forum and a social media or a platform to use (for example a student from the Italian partner school with a student of the Turkish partner school using Instagram or another platform with a video call)

2 The partners discussed final evaluation for students and teachers. There will be a discussion on the Twinspace forum to establish the main points of the project methods and experience to be evaluated.

3 The Croatian partner school's teacher will create discussions for students and teachers on the Twinspace forum.

4 The Turkish partner school's teacher will create the final questionnaire for students.

5 The Romanian partner school's teacher will create the final evaluation questionnaire for teachers.

6 The partners will collaborate on the application for the National quality label and on the project summary for evaluators.
