    Short description

Mountains occupy about 22% of the entire Earth surface. They provide important resources: drinking water, food and energy.

The population of the mountain areas has a tradition and culture which are important for life improvement and improvement of the local economy.

In this project, pupils will learn about the mountain they live next to, and how to preserve it for future generations. Using the ICT tools, they will share ideas about valorization and preservation of the mountain resources: rare plant and animal species, interesting thing regarding geological structure, cultural and historical heritage.
